Job Title: Dynamics 365 Specialist
Report to: Operation Manager
Location: Erbil or Sulaymaniyah
Working hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Days: 5 days per
week. Sunday to Thursday
A Dynamics 365 specialist is a professional who
specializes in the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft Dynamics
365. Some specific responsibilities of a Dynamics 365 specialist may include:
- Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions to meet the specific business needs of clients.
- Implementing and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions, including data migration and integration with other systems.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 users.
- Developing custom solutions and extensions using Dynamics 365 tools and technologies, such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Providing training and support to end users on how to use Dynamics 365 effectively.
- Collaborating with other IT professionals and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 systems.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
To be successful in
this role, a Dynamics 365 specialist should have the following skills:
- Technical Skills: A
strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, such as the .NET framework and
Azure, is important for a Dynamics 365 specialist. They should also be familiar
with the Dynamics 365 application architecture and how to customize and extend
the platform to meet specific business needs.
- Knowledge and experience in ERP systems.
- Business analysis and process design: Dynamics 365 specialists should be able to analyze business processes and design solutions that meet the needs of the organization. This includes understanding how to model business processes and data within Dynamics 365, as well as how to configure and customize the platform to support those processes.
- Project management: Dynamics 365 specialists may be responsible for managing projects to implement and customize Dynamics 365 for specific organizations. This includes planning and executing projects, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Knowledge about Microsoft Power Platform (Power apps, power Automate and Power BI).
- Have excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Languages: English is a must, and Arabic and Kurdish are preferred.
